This privacy notice (“Notice”) explains how we may collect, process, store and sometimes transfer personal data to third parties to support your application or recruitment process with B2B and our business operations.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed
at checkout.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns-

DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge. Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials. The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused. Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused. SupplyTastic credits based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lowest. You must have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any merchandise to SupplyTastic. For a hard copy of this form and a shipping label, please email us at sales@supplytastic.com. You can also request an RA online by submitting an RA Request via email. Once you have provided SupplyTastic with the appropriate information, we will contact you with an assigned RA number.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur

In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order, or a refund/store credit.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
